Drive By is an installed work that charts the progress of moments within an archival idiom. The shack tenuously animates memory.Created from cardboard boxes originally used in 1953 to hold case lots of consumer goods, the structure is like-wise provisional.Through the back wall which is taken up by an out of scale wooden framed window, we see changing landscapes. Each appears long enough to capture the moment when an automobile drives through the scene, mistakenly recorded on home movies in the 1950's. (photos: Todd Eacrett)
